Replacement key

If your hardware license device (dongle) has been broken, you may return the broken device to us. Upon receipt of the key we can issue you with a replacement key at a discounted price of £50. In order to qualify for a Replacement Key you must return your old License Key to us. Please ensure you include your valid Dongle Id with your order, otherwise your request may be ignored.
PLEASE LOOK AFTER YOUR LICENSE KEY!
If you lose your hardware key it would need to be replaced at the full cost at that time.
